The Application Process

PDT is ranked as a leading commercial firm in the Legal 500. Our two core principles are to deliver clear, strong commercial advice and to nurture genuine and supportive relationships with our clients and staff.

Summer Placement Programme

We have developed a two-week summer placement scheme which will take place in July/August each year. During your placement, you will undertake specific fee earning tasks within our core divisions: Real Estate, Company Commercial, Dispute Resolution and Employment. You will be part of our enthusiastic team with a wide-ranging workload. You will have the opportunity to attend a feedback session where together we will reflect on your experience over your two weeks with us. We will also answer any questions you may have about training to be a lawyer.   You will have opportunities to network and expand your skills and you will be invited to a lunch with the PDT Future Leaders during your placement.
