You will be eager to join our highly respected Commercial Dispute Resolution team, based in Horsham, and will ideally have an interest in contentious insolvency, property litigation, financial services work alongside general company and commercial dispute resolution.

 

Your role:

 

• Your role will include a wide range of Commercial Dispute Resolution work. 

• You will have exposure to high-level, interesting and complex work and will gain excellent experience. 

• If you have experience in contentious insolvency work, this would be of additional interest, but is by no means a requirement of the role. 

• You will be working with a team of motivated solicitors experienced in these areas of work

 

Your new team:

 

You will be joining a successful Commercial Dispute Resolution team which can provide truly interesting work where you can really excel. The team has considerable experience dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, advising on:

• Contract disputes

• Professional negligence disputes

• Intellectual property disputes

• Insurance disputes

• Shareholder disputes

• Partnership disputes

• Disputes arising from breaches of directors duties

• Antecedent transactions and all contentious insolvency claims and disputes

• Guarantor liabilities

• Landlord and tenant disputes

• Real estate disputes

• Agency and franchising disputes

• Banking and financial services disputes

• Consumer credit and mediation, and other methods of ADR

• Aviation Industry disputes
