Job Title: Legal Cashier
Location: Horsham
Hours: Part Time, 2 days a week Thursday & Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Team Info: To join our finance department
Salary: Dependant on experience
This is a great opportunity for a positive, enthusiastic and well organised person to join a lively office accounts team in a leading corporate law firm.
We view our quality, hardworking support and finance staff as the backbone to the success of our firm.
The Legal Cashier role will be working alongside the Finance Director and involve providing a full financial cashier and administrative support function. Ideally you will have previous legal accounts experience and be fully compliant with the solicitor's accounts rules. Full training will be given.

Key responsibilities:

Reconcile Client Accounts

Post Land Registry and Searchflow entries

Checking Companies House and HMCTS entries have been posted against statement
-
Print and set-up payments to send
-
Check bank account
-
Assist with daily queries from solicitors and support staff

Check and post internal bills
-
Balance petty cash
-
Assist with the post and other duties from the facilities manager
